2. Digital Delivery Policy
Delivery Process:
- All products are digital files and become instantly available for download once the payment is confirmed.
- Customers receive an order confirmation email and can access their products by logging into their account.
Proof of Delivery:
- Order confirmation email,
- Digital download link and system log records,
- Order history available in the customer’s account.
Proof of Service:
In case of disputes or chargebacks, the above documents can be provided to prove that the digital product was delivered successfully.
Refund Policy:
Since all products are digital files, no cancellations or refunds are possible after payment is completed.
